For payment of order, please transfer funds into our POSB saving account
(Account number will be advised upon order confirmation).
Item will be normally shipped within 3-5 working days for Singapore orders upon receiving payment.
Notification will be send incase we have no stock to fulfill your order items.
Customers can also arrange to pick up from Sengkang with no delivery charge.
Self Collection have to be prearranged at least one business day in advance, by appointment only
FREE local delivery within Singapore to one address for orders above S$200.
For orders under S$200, delivery charges are as follow:
Flat Rate Shipping, S$8 per address.

Actual shipment through Singpost will be quoted upon order confirmation.Please select table-rate shipping option in this case,we will notify you actual shipping on order confirmation

We accept payment through Paypal for international customers.

RETURNS
We accept returns only for defective items within 10 days of shipping the order for Singapore and 30 days for international orders
No returns accepted after 10/30 days
Returned items must be complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided .
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
We strongly recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery (for your protection).
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within three business days once a we have been notified of any problems.
Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and resellable condition.
If any products are returned back to us and found not to be defective, they are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
