For Singapore Customers:
PAYMENT:For payment of order, please transfer funds into our POSB saving account
(Account number will be advised upon order confirmation).
Your order will be processed ONLY on receiving payment.
All orders placed will be reserved for only 3 working days for payment.
We reserve the right to cancel the order on non-receipt of payment.
DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE NORMAL POSTAGE FOR ORDERS ABOVE $15 within SINGAPORE.
$2.50 additional for registered post/courier delivery for orders above $15 - $120
FREE local delivery via courier /reg.post within Singapore to one address for orders above S$120.
For orders under S$15, delivery charges will be quoted upon receiving order
SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING
Item will be normally shipped within 3-5 working days for READY STOCK orders upon receiving payment.
Incase we have no stock to fulfill your order items. we will indicate the delivery time via e-mail for processing.
For items with long lead times,or for items which are no longer available, you may be informed of alternates to your
selection or will process refund .
Shipping Notification will be send within 1 working Day on shipment and customers are required to follow up with shipment and notify us
within 5-7 working days if you have not received shipment for further followup with shipping agent.We are not responsible for shipment if customer fails to notify us of lost shipment within 5 working days from date of shipment.
We are not responsible for lost mails during Normal Postage,but we take proper precaution to write address clearly and pack intact
For International Customers:

Paypal Account will be notified via email on order confirmation.

within 10 working days for ASIA-PACIFIC Countries and 30 working days for other countries if you have not received shipment, for further followup with shipping agent.
We are not responsible for shipment if customer fails to notify us of lost shipment within above stipulated time from date of shipment for respective countries.
RETURNS
We accept returns only for defective items within 10 days of shipping the order for Singapore and 30 days for international orders
No returns accepted after 10/30 days
Returned items must be complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided .
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
We strongly recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery (for your protection).
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within three business days once a we have been notified of any problems.
Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and resellable condition.
If any products are returned back to us and found not to be defective, they are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
